    Pricing and contracts

    8 questions

+How much does BizDev Labs cost?

Four ways to buy it. $10,000 a month for a dedicated cold caller plus GTM engineering. $12,000 with LinkedIn added. $14,000 for the flagship BDR team: cold calling, LinkedIn and email run as one system. $20,000 or more for multiple callers with revenue operations and an inbound BDR. Every option includes strategy and the full tech stack, with no overages.

+Why is there a six month minimum?

Because anything shorter is judged before it can work. One week to launch, first meetings in week three, steady state by week six, and a reliable read on your market by month three. Quarterly exit gates mean the term does not equal the exposure.

    +How does billing work?

Quarterly. The first invoice is issued when your campaigns go live, not when you sign. If we fail to launch within 14 days and the cause is ours, month one is free.

+Do you charge per lead or per meeting?

No. A per lead price rewards volume and punishes rigour, because the vendor earns more by pushing marginal meetings. We charge for the team, which makes quality the only thing we can compete on.

    +Are there extra costs?

None. No data credits, no tool fees, no overages. Lists and campaigns are unlimited within your tier.

+Can we change tiers or add callers later?

Yes. Most clients start on Start Calling or Add LinkedIn and widen to the flagship BDR team once the message is proven. Scope changes take effect the following month.

+What if we already have lists, strategy and tooling?

Tell us on the first call and we will scope callers only. It is a different shape of engagement and we will price it accordingly.

+Do you work with companies outside North America?

We staff Toronto, the United States and South Africa, and run campaigns into the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If your buyers sit elsewhere, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

    Results and guarantees

    6 questions

+How many meetings will we get?

We will not quote a number before building your list and calling your market, because that number would be invented. At day 60 we show you your real connect, conversation and meeting rates and set a monthly target together. From that point we are accountable to it.

    +What do you guarantee?

Four things. Live in 14 days or month one is free. 1,000 dials a week per caller, evidenced in the dialer. Weekly reporting, or that week is free. And everything we build is yours, including if you leave at the first gate.

+What happens if you miss the agreed target?

Shortfalls are worked off as additional qualified meetings the following month at no charge, capped at one month's target in any rolling three month period. Meetings rather than credit notes, because a shortfall costs you pipeline, not money.

+What if it is not working at all?

Quarterly exit gates at months three, six and nine. If we are off plan and the cause is ours, you leave on 30 days notice and take every asset with you.

+How quickly will we see results?

Live in 14 days. First meetings in week three. Steady state around week six. Pipeline is readable by month three, and closed revenue lands on your own sales cycle, which for most B2B software is six to nine months after the meeting.

+How do we know you are actually working?

Every call is recorded and shared. You get weekly reporting with activity, connect rates, conversations and meetings, plus a monthly written insight report. You can listen to any conversation we have with your market at any time.

    How the work happens

    10 questions

+What counts as a qualified meeting?

Five things must all be true. The account meets ICP criteria you approved, the attendee holds an approved title, a real problem or timeline was named rather than curiosity, the meeting was held rather than just booked, and it arrived with handoff notes and the call recording. That definition goes into the order form before anything starts.

+What happens if a meeting does not show up?

We rebook it at no cost. Targets are measured on meetings held, never booked, so a no show only counts once it happens.

    +Who actually makes the calls?

A dedicated cold calling specialist with six years or more on the phone, assigned to your account and named at kickoff. Our callers have ranked in the top one percent in Nooks for three years running. We do not hire junior.

+How many people work on our account?

Five. A GTM engineer on lists and data, a strategist on campaigns and copy, and specialists for cold calling, email and LinkedIn. Operations and reporting sit behind them.

    +Where is your team based?

Toronto, the United States and South Africa. We tell you exactly who is staffing your account and where they sit before you sign, not after. If caller location matters to you, raise it on the first call and we will answer plainly.

+How do you build our target list?

In Clay, waterfalling across five to six data vendors on every record, verified for direct dials and emails, decision makers only. Buying signals are layered on top, including hiring, funding and leadership changes. You approve the list before anyone dials.

+Will you contact people we are already talking to?

No. Your exclusions load before the first dial. Current customers, open opportunities, partners and any do not contact list.

+Do you use our email domain?

Never. We buy and warm secondary domains that resemble yours, configure them properly, and send only from those. Your primary domain is never the experiment, and the domains transfer to you at the end if you want them.

+Whose LinkedIn profile does outreach come from?

Your executives', with every message approved by you in writing first. We never post to your feed, access is a named specialist on a session you can revoke, and you get a weekly export of everything sent under your name. If you would rather we use a separate profile, we will.

+Do you use AI to write the outreach?

We use AI for research, enrichment and list building, which makes our specialists faster. A person writes or reviews every message that reaches your prospects, and you approve the copy before it sends.

    Getting started

    5 questions

    +How long does onboarding take?

Fourteen days from signature to live campaigns. Day one is kickoff and a 21 question intake. Days two to thirteen we build lists, write scripts and warm domains. You approve everything, then we launch.

+How much of our time does this take?

About two and a half hours across the first fortnight: one kickoff call, the intake questionnaire, and one approval pass on lists and copy. After that, 30 minutes a week.

+What do you need from us?

Your ICP and approved titles, exclusions, your do-not-contact and customer lists, approvals returned within 48 hours, follow up on every meeting, and same day feedback on meeting quality. Those are the conditions the guarantees depend on.

+Who takes the meetings you book?

Your account executives. We book and hand over with notes and recordings. We do not run discovery or close deals, because that keeps the deal with the people who own it.

+What do we keep if we leave?

Everything. Lists, scripts, sequences, call recordings, transcripts and the written playbook, delivered within ten business days. We do not withhold assets as leverage in a renewal conversation.

+Is an agency cheaper than hiring an SDR?

In year one, usually. A fully loaded SDR runs $85,000 to $125,000 a year with three to four months of ramp, and you still need a manager and roughly $50,000 of tooling. Over five years, in house wins. The real question is whether you already know outbound works for your market.

+How are you different from other outbound agencies?

Most send one generalist who does lists, copy, email, LinkedIn and calling. We send five specialists, one per job. We lead with the phone, which most agencies avoid because it is expensive. And we will not quote a meeting number before we have your data.

+Do you do inbound, marketing or closing?

No. We book qualified meetings through outbound. We do not run ads, write your positioning from scratch, manage your CRM implementation or close deals.

    +Is cold calling still effective?

In markets where the buyer is identifiable and deal sizes justify a conversation, yes. It is the fastest way to find out whether a buy cycle exists, because a call gives you an answer in thirty seconds where an email gives you silence. It works poorly for low deal sizes and undefined targets.

+Can we talk to a current client?

Tell us what motion you are running and we will point you at the closest match on our roster.

    Question not here?

Ask it on a call. If the honest answer is that we are not the right fit, we will tell you on that call rather than three months in.
