Best Outsourced SDR Agencies for Healthcare Tech Companies in 2026

Seven outsourced SDR agencies with named healthcare proof, compared on phone outreach, published pricing and what you keep at exit.

Updated · 11 min read · Roy Itzhaki

BizDev Labs publishes this list and is one of the agencies on it. Every other agency is described from its own public pages, checked in November 2026.

If you sell software or services to hospitals, health systems, payers, physician practices or life sciences companies, an outsourced SDR team has to reach busy, well-protected buyers. This list covers seven agencies that publish named healthcare or healthtech work on their own websites. Where an agency does not publish its pricing or terms, we say so.

    01

Why selling to healthcare is different

Long cycles. Health systems buy slowly, and they slow down further when budgets or policy are uncertain. KLAS Research counted 60 U.S. healthcare organizations that made acute-care EHR purchase decisions in 2025, covering 164 hospitals, down from 272 hospitals in 2024, and pointed to policy uncertainty and competing spend on AI and analytics. In an October 2025 Black Book Research flash survey of 107 U.S. health IT vendor business development executives, 63% said their sales cycles had grown longer during the federal government shutdown, most often by 30 to 60 days.

Buying committees. One champion is rarely enough. Hospitals and health systems use value analysis committees, which bring clinicians, supply chain and finance together to review clinical, financial and operational data before a product is approved. Software deals add IT, security and compliance reviewers. An outbound program has to reach several of these people at the same account, not one.

HIPAA and security reviews. Under HIPAA, a covered entity may share protected health information with a vendor only after it gets "satisfactory assurances" in a written business associate agreement. Security teams have good reason to be careful: HHS reports that large breach reports rose 102 percent from 2018 to 2023, and that more than 167 million individuals were affected by large breaches in 2023. Expect a security questionnaire before a pilot, and build it into your timeline.

Gatekeepers. Directors at health systems sit behind main switchboards, department coordinators and shared inboxes. A rep has to know the org chart, ask for the right department and call back at the right time.

Phone matters. Several of the strongest healthcare results on this list came from the phone. SalesRoads ran a phone program for Captify Health that the case study ties to a closed deal with Cleveland Clinic. CIENCE reports that two-thirds of SeeSaw Labs' appointments were booked by phone. BizDev Labs' Cleo Health program was phone-led into U.S. hospitals and health systems.

    How we picked

We checked each agency's own website in November 2026 against four tests:

    1. Named healthcare proof on its own site. A healthcare or healthtech client named in a case study or review on the agency's own site, with a link. Logos alone and anonymous case studies did not count as the main proof.

    2. Phone capability. Healthcare buyers are often reached by phone, so the agency has to offer cold calling, and ideally show a healthcare result that used it.

    3. Published pricing or terms. We note when a price is on the agency's website, and say so when it is not.

    4. What the client keeps at exit. Lists, scripts, call recordings and campaign assets. Most agencies do not say. We note the ones that do.

The order reflects how well each agency meets these four tests for a healthcare tech seller. BizDev Labs ranks itself first, so read the disclosure above with that in mind.

Checked but not listed. memoryBlue says cold calling drives 85% of its booked meetings and publishes one health tech case study, Asimily, which targeted hospital IT and security leaders in EMEA and the Middle East, with no figures given. Operatix has been part of memoryBlue since 2023, and the same Asimily case study appears on its site. Martal Group's healthcare page has a testimonial from the CEO of MUUTAA, an AI supply chain platform for healthcare, plus an anonymized 24-month healthcare campaign, and its outbound pricing is by quote after a 3-month pilot. SalesHive publishes healthcare IT meeting counts (1,172 meetings across 13 healthcare IT clients) but keeps client names private. We did not find healthcare case studies on Whistle's site. Any of these may still be a good fit for you. They fell outside our first test, or behind the agencies below on it.

    The agencies

    1. BizDev Labs

Best for: Healthcare tech companies selling complex, high-ACV products to U.S. hospitals and health systems that want a specialist on every channel.

BizDev Labs is an outsourced BDR agency for B2B SaaS, founded in 2020 in Toronto, that has served 250+ B2B companies. Programs are built for complex, high-ACV sales to mid-market and enterprise, with senior specialists on calling, email and LinkedIn. Callers are senior BDRs with deep cold calling experience, ranked in the top 1% in Nooks. Pricing is published: $10,000 per month for a dedicated cold caller plus a GTM engineer who builds the lists, or $14,000 per month for the five-person team (a strategist, a GTM engineer, a caller, an email specialist and a LinkedIn specialist). Programs go live 14 days after signing, with quarterly exit gates, and the client keeps the lists, scripts and call recordings.

Healthcare proof: Cleo Health builds AI tools for acute-care documentation and revenue integrity. Phone-led outbound into U.S. hospitals and health systems generated US$12,025,877 in pipeline in 6 months, with 20 open deals. The buyers were hospital and health-system coding, compliance and health information leaders, and the case study includes a quote from Sudha Medapati, GTM at Cleo Health. More on the BizDev Labs healthcare page.

    2. SalesRoads

Best for: Phone-first appointment setting with U.S. physician practices and hospitals.

SalesRoads is based in Boca Raton, Florida, and says it has 19+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. It offers outbound calling, outbound email, appointment setting, list building and account reactivation. Its pricing page lists a base price of $11,950 per 4-week period, scaling with team size, and says there is no long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime. It does not say what the client keeps at the end of an engagement.

Healthcare proof: Captify Health sells technology services to gastroenterology offices. SalesRoads called administrators, physicians, executives and practice managers at GI offices and hospitals, averaged 16 appointments per month, and the case study credits the program with a closed deal with Cleveland Clinic, the largest client in Captify's history. BioDigital, a 3D virtual body platform selling to medtech, pharma, biotech and health systems, averaged 15 appointments per month, and 52% of those appointments became pipeline opportunities.

    3. CIENCE

Best for: Teams that want published, modular pricing and a long list of healthcare and life sciences case studies.

CIENCE is a graph8 company and runs outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn and ads. Its pricing page lists a campaign team at $2,000 per month, a platform fee of $499 per month, and SDRs starting at $1,750 per month offshore or $3,500 per month in the U.S. or Europe, plus a performance bonus and a one-time setup fee. Terms are month to month. The pricing page does not say what the client keeps at exit.

Healthcare proof: SOC Telemed, an acute-care telemedicine platform, got more than 50 meetings with hospitals and acute-care providers in the first year. Quick'rCare beat its goal of 10 demos per month in under three months through email and phone, including demos with large hospital systems it had struggled to reach. CIENCE also publishes case studies for SeeSaw Labs and for life sciences clients such as Covance and Psomagen.

    4. Belkins

Best for: Email-led multichannel outreach, including meetings booked around healthcare conferences.

Belkins says it was founded in 2017 and lists its headquarters in Dover, Delaware. It runs cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling, with SMS and WhatsApp follow-up. Its healthcare page lists a starter package from $5,000 (1,500 leads per month, three channels and 100 guaranteed appointments per year), and its outsourced SDR roundup lists omnichannel packages from $7,995 per month. The healthcare page also says clients can stop any time after the trial, and that on exit Belkins hands off the project, including knowledge, tools and full campaign control.

Healthcare proof: For GE HealthCare, Belkins booked 135 in-person meetings in 7 months with radiology and other senior leaders at RSNA, HIMSS U.S., HIMSS Europe and ECR, using conference email sequences. OpenTeleHealth, a remote patient monitoring platform, booked 116 appointments in 4 months with hospitals and clinics in Northern Europe through cold email and phone. Mindstrong booked 34 appointments in 2 months with payers and brokers by email. More on its healthcare case studies page.

    5. Callbox

Best for: Multichannel campaigns aimed at hospital health information, IT and finance leaders.

Callbox runs phone, email and social outreach and has a dedicated healthcare IT page. Its pricing page gives an estimate of $6,667 per month per campaign pod, with exact pricing after a consultation, and says contract length options are discussed case by case. It does not say what the client keeps at exit.

Healthcare proof: Twiage is a healthcare IT startup selling to providers and payers. Its Co-Founder and CEO, John Hui, says Callbox telesales scheduled 3 to 5 sales demos per week. Virtual OfficeWare Healthcare Solutions used Callbox telemarketing to reach provider buyers. Callbox also publishes an anonymized hospital coding and CDI software campaign that booked 187 sales appointments with HIM directors, CIOs, CFOs and coding and CDI supervisors at U.S. hospitals.

    6. HealthTech2Care

Best for: Health tech companies that want an agency focused on their market.

HealthTech2Care (HealthTech2Care Services LLC, founded by Bert Fernandez) presents itself as a growth partner for U.S. health tech companies and runs cold email, LinkedIn and outbound calling. It says campaigns typically launch within 2 weeks of signing and that it guarantees new ARR or MRR in writing. Pricing is not published, and its site does not say what the client keeps at exit.

Healthcare proof: Its homepage lists named healthcare case studies, most of them as videos. TrialX, a clinical trial technology company, got 35 meetings and a $40,000 per year deal on a 5-year term from 145,911 emails. BlueStar TeleHealth got 100+ qualified leads and dozens of C-level conversations, and Bola.ai, voice AI for dental practices, had 95 demos and 15 new office closes in one month. Other named clients include Ibex Medical Analytics, Azra AI, Generated Health and IMAT Solutions.

    7. Leadium

Best for: Healthcare sellers who want month-to-month terms.

Leadium's pricing page says all contracts are month to month, that it does not guarantee the outcomes of outbound efforts (it guarantees service and activity deliverables), and that appointment setting programs typically launch in 7 to 10 days. Prices are not published, and the quote form offers budget ranges from $2,500 to above $10,000. It does not say what the client keeps at exit. Its healthcare page shows logos including Nethealth, Medcor and Talkie.ai.

Healthcare proof: Phunware ran an email, LinkedIn and phone program aimed in part at nursing, patient services and innovation directors at hospitals with 200+ staffed beds, and the case study reports a 300% increase in qualified leads in 6 months across all target verticals. StaffGarden, a nurse recruitment platform selling to hospitals and health systems, got 122 appointments, averaging 10+ per month, from email outreach to chief nursing officers and HR and talent acquisition leaders.

Seven questions to ask before an agency calls hospitals for you

    1. Which healthcare clients can you name, and will one of them take a reference call?

    2. How many of your healthcare meetings come from the phone, and who makes the calls?

    3. Which titles will you call at a health system, and how do you get past the switchboard and department coordinators?

    4. How do your reps handle HIPAA and security questions on a call, and will your team ever need access to patient data? (For prospecting, it should not.)

    5. What do I keep if we stop: lists, scripts, call recordings, email copy and CRM data?

    6. What is the minimum term, and where are the exit points?

    7. How will you report pipeline, not just meetings, when health system deals take quarters to close?

    FAQ

What is the best outsourced SDR agency for healthcare tech? It depends on how your buyers are reached. For complex, high-ACV healthcare software selling to U.S. hospitals and health systems with a specialist on every channel, we rank BizDev Labs first, based on its Cleo Health program (US$12,025,877 in pipeline in 6 months), and SalesRoads, CIENCE and Belkins also publish named healthcare results. Check each agency's healthcare proof on its own site before you decide.

Can an outsourced SDR sell to hospitals? Yes. Outsourced SDRs book meetings with hospital and health system leaders, and your team runs the sales process from there. Agencies on this list publish hospital results, including BizDev Labs with Cleo Health and SalesRoads with Captify Health, whose program led to a closed deal with Cleveland Clinic.

How much does an outsourced SDR for healthcare cost? Where agencies publish prices, Belkins' healthcare starter package is from $5,000, Callbox estimates $6,667 per month per pod, BizDev Labs starts at $10,000 per month ($14,000 for the five-person team), and SalesRoads starts at $11,950 per 4-week period. CIENCE prices by component, starting with a $2,000 per month campaign team and a $499 per month platform, plus SDRs from $1,750 per month each. HealthTech2Care and Leadium do not publish prices.

How long until a healthcare outbound program produces pipeline? Launch usually takes one to three weeks, and BizDev Labs goes live 14 days after signing. Health system deals move through committees and security reviews, so judge pipeline over at least two quarters, not two weeks. Cleo Health's program generated US$12,025,877 in pipeline in 6 months.

    07

    Bottom line

Healthcare buyers can be reached, but they sit behind committees, security reviews and switchboards, and several of the strongest results on this list came from the phone. Ask every agency for named healthcare proof, its terms in writing and a clear answer on what you keep. If you sell complex, high-ACV software to U.S. hospitals and health systems and want a specialist on every channel, with lists, scripts and call recordings that stay with you, talk to BizDev Labs.
