The short answer
The best outsourced SDR agencies in 2026, by what each is best for:
- BizDev Labs: B2B SaaS companies that want a dedicated specialist on cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn, run as one system.

- Belkins: High-volume appointment setting across many industries, with a dedicated SDR backed by research and deliverability staff.
- memoryBlue: Phone-led, dedicated SDRs across regions and 30+ languages, with the option to move your rep onto your payroll.
- SalesRoads: Phone-first appointment setting with a dedicated rep and no long-term contract.
- Martal Group: Tech companies that want reps who can also close deals and manage accounts, not just book meetings.
Who wrote this. BizDev Labs publishes this shortlist and ranks itself first, so read it as an interested party's view. The source review supplied for this article scored every agency, ourselves included, on its own site, Clutch and G2, as of October 14, 2026. We have not audited anyone's delivery. Prices, review counts and public terms can change; confirm current terms directly.
The title uses SDR, the term buyers search for. BizDev Labs describes its delivery as a BDR team. Five dedicated people and three channels refer to the $14,000/month flagship BDR team, not every plan.
The four standards
Every agency on this list is judged on the same four standards. Each is something you can verify before a first call. Meets scores 2, Partly scores 1, and Not published scores 0, for a maximum of 8. Not published means the reviewed material did not establish the detail, not that the provider cannot offer it.
- Proof you can check. Named clients with closed-won revenue in dollars, published on the agency's own site. Meetings booked and pipeline created count as Partly, because neither is money in the bank.
- Price on the page. Starting price, minimum term and any upfront charges, all published before you talk to sales. Any one missing makes it Partly.
- An owner for every channel. Who runs cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn. Meets means a dedicated person owns each channel. One rep covering every channel, or a channel left out, is Partly.
- What you keep at exit. Lists, call recordings, sequences and sending domains, stated in writing as yours when the contract ends. Some of these is Partly.
We left out review scores on purpose. They are shown in each profile, but they measure satisfaction, not what you can verify before you buy.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best outsourced SDR agency in 2026? It depends on your channels, budget and how much proof you need. On four standards a buyer can check before a sales call, BizDev Labs ranks first, followed by CIENCE, Belkins, memoryBlue, SalesRoads and Martal Group.
How much does an outsourced SDR agency cost? Published prices on this list run from $1,750/month for an offshore CIENCE SDR, before campaign and platform fees, to $11,950 per 4 weeks for a dedicated SalesRoads SDR. A three-channel BizDev Labs BDR team is $14,000/month. memoryBlue and Martal Group price on a call.
What should I ask an outsourced SDR agency before signing? Ask which named clients closed revenue and how much. Get the price, minimum term and upfront charges in writing. Ask who owns each channel, and what you keep at exit: lists, recordings, sequences and sending domains.
What is the difference between an SDR agency and a BDR agency? Mostly the label. Both prospect, start conversations and book meetings for your closers. Judge either on the same four standards.
How fast does an outsourced SDR agency start booking meetings? Launch times differ: BizDev Labs campaigns go live 14 days from kickoff, memoryBlue onboards over two weeks, and Martal Group starts with a 3-month pilot. Meetings and revenue then depend on your market, offer and sales cycle.
