How Much Does an Outsourced SDR Agency Cost in 2026?

What outsourced SDR agencies charge in 2026, from 12 agencies' own pricing pages, plus pricing models, hidden costs and the cost of an in-house SDR.

Updated · 16 min read · Roy Itzhaki, Founder and CEO

Short answer: Outsourced SDR agencies that publish prices charge from about $3,500 to $13,000 per month for one rep or a single-channel program, with offshore seats at the low end and US-based, fully managed reps at the high end. Pay per meeting starts at $750 per qualified appointment at Belkins, plus a $1,500 setup fee. Larger teams cost more: SalesRoads lists $36,700 per four weeks for five SDRs, and the BizDev Labs five-person BDR team is $14,000 per month. An in-house SDR has median on-target earnings of $80,000 a year (The Bridge Group, 2025), and benefits, management, tools and hiring bring year one to about $130,000 by the estimate below.

BizDev Labs publishes this page and is one of the agencies in it. Every other agency's pricing comes from its own public pages, checked in November 2026. All prices are in US dollars.

    02

    The five pricing models

    1. Per-SDR seat retainer

You pay a monthly fee for each rep, and the bill grows or shrinks with headcount. CIENCE is the clearest example: offshore SDRs start at $1,750 per month and US or Europe SDRs at $3,500, with a $2,000 monthly campaign team fee and a $499 monthly platform fee on top. One offshore SDR at CIENCE therefore starts at $4,249 a month and one US SDR at $5,999, before the bonus and setup fee. Sales Focus Inc. charges $5,500 to $8,500 per month for each US-based inside sales agent, and Callbox prices by pod, at an estimated $6,667 per month for a pod built around one dedicated SDR.

    2. Team or program retainer

One monthly fee covers a whole program: reps, management, data and tools. SalesRoads says "Program pricing is scaled, not per-seat," and lists $11,950 per four weeks for one SDR with the strategist, coach and data team included. SalesHive charges one flat monthly fee that it says covers the team, platform and data. Abstrakt describes its Outbound BDR program, from $5,000 per month, as "One flat monthly program. The team, the tools and the data are included." Martal Group and Belkins also sell monthly packages, quoted on request.

BizDev Labs uses this model (see BizDev Labs pricing). Founded in 2020 in Toronto, it is an outsourced BDR agency for complex, high-ACV B2B SaaS and technology companies selling to mid-market and enterprise that has served 250+ B2B companies, with senior specialists on calling, email and LinkedIn. Its callers are senior BDRs with deep cold calling experience, ranked top 1% in Nooks, making 1,000 dials a week per caller. Programs start at $10,000 per month for two dedicated people, a cold caller plus a GTM engineer who builds the lists, and the five-person BDR team (a strategist, a GTM engineer, a caller, an email specialist and a LinkedIn specialist) is $14,000 per month.

    3. Pay per meeting

You pay for each qualified meeting instead of a monthly fee. Belkins sells this as a separate product: from $750 per qualified appointment, a $1,500 one-time setup fee and a minimum package of 10 appointments, delivered within six months of launch. Belkins calls it "a separate product with a narrower scope," covering email and LinkedIn only with one GTM Specialist, while its standard retainer adds cold calling, more channels and a dedicated team. Leadium's blog puts pay-per-appointment pricing across the market at $150 to $600 per booked meeting for mainstream B2B targets, and past $900 for enterprise targets. Not every agency offers it: SalesHive's pricing page says "No per-meeting pricing."

    4. Hybrid with a performance bonus

A base fee plus a payment tied to results. CIENCE adds a monthly bonus tied to each SDR's held meetings: nothing below 60% of target, and a set formula above it. Martal Group's sales tiers charge a flat monthly fee plus a sales commission. Sales Focus Inc. builds a commission plan with the client before launch and offers a credit on fees if agreed goals are missed. memoryBlue lists an outcome-based model alongside its standard retainer. Abstrakt sets an activity or appointment guarantee in writing and says that if it is missed by year end, it keeps working for free until it is met.

    5. Setup fees

A one-time charge for building lists, domains, scripts and campaigns before launch. CIENCE charges a one-time setup fee but does not publish the amount. Sales Focus Inc. lists startup fees of $1,950 to $10,000, depending on team size and scope. Belkins charges $1,500 for pay per appointment, and says it is non-refundable. SalesHive says "No setup fees," and memoryBlue describes a non-billable onboarding period of about two weeks.

    03

    What drives the cost

Where the reps sit. CIENCE's offshore SDRs start at $1,750 per month and its US or Europe SDRs at $3,500. SalesHive offers each of its plans with US-based or offshore SDRs, and says its offshore plans are still guided by a US-based strategist.

Channels. Belkins' own roundup lists email-only campaigns from $6,500 per month and omnichannel packages with email, LinkedIn and cold calling from $7,995. Leadium's blog cites $3,500 per month for cold calling and $4,000 to $5,000 for multichannel. SalesHive's plans move from phone only to phone and email.

Dedicated or shared reps. SalesRoads says its SDRs are 100% dedicated and never shared across accounts, and each Callbox pod has one dedicated SDR. Martal Group's sales tiers use a fractional Sales Executive and Research Manager. Belkins' pay-per-appointment product runs on one GTM Specialist with asynchronous communication. Ask how many other clients your rep works for.

Team size. Per-rep prices usually fall as the team grows. At SalesRoads, the cost per SDR falls from $11,950 per four weeks for one SDR to $7,192 at six. CIENCE's campaign team and platform fees are fixed, so they matter less as you add seats: its own example of five offshore SDRs totals $11,249 per month.

Data and list building. SalesRoads includes 500 prospect records per SDR per month. CIENCE's $499 platform fee includes 75,000 credits a month, and its setup includes a built and verified target list. SalesHive includes verified list building and data enrichment, and Abstrakt says its content and data specialists build and review the list before dialing.

Tooling. Some agencies fold tools into the fee. SalesHive says its managed fee has no separate per-seat tooling charges, and Abstrakt includes Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Gong. CIENCE charges for its platform separately, at $499 per month.

Contract length and billing period. Longer commitments usually lower the monthly rate. SalesHive says its annual plans cost less per month than month to month. Abstrakt's pricing article lists 13-month package prices from $5,000 to $13,500 per month, and says a 7-month term adds $250 a month and a 45-day term adds $750 (more on its Starter package). The billing period matters too: SalesRoads bills per four weeks, which is 13 periods a year, so $11,950 per four weeks works out to about $12,950 per calendar month.

Outsourced vs in-house: what an SDR really costs

An agency fee includes the rep's pay, benefits, management, tools and hiring. To compare fairly, add up the same lines for an in-house hire.

Totalabout $129,550, or about $10,800 per month

This is BizDev Labs' estimate built from the published figures above, not a number any one source publishes. It leaves out data and email tools, recruiter and interviewer time, the manager's own benefits, office costs and the output lost during a 3-month ramp. With 40% median annual attrition and 1.9-year average tenure, expect to repeat the hiring and ramp every year or two. Two other agencies publish their own estimates in the same range: Abstrakt's year-one table totals $124,700 for an SDR on a $55,000 base, and Leadium's blog says a fully loaded in-house SDR runs $110,000 to $160,000 a year. Both sell outsourced SDR services, as does BizDev Labs.

In-house can cost less per month once a team is past ramp and has a manager in place, and you control hiring and training directly. Outsourcing moves the hiring, ramp and turnover risk to the agency, in return for the agency's margin and a dependence on how well it staffs your account.

    05

    Hidden costs to check

    • Setup fees. CIENCE charges one but does not publish the amount, Sales Focus Inc. lists $1,950 to $10,000, and Belkins' $1,500 pay-per-appointment setup fee is non-refundable.
    • Bonuses and commissions. CIENCE's performance bonus and Martal Group's sales commission sit on top of the base fee.
    • Platform and data fees. CIENCE's $499 monthly platform fee is separate from its SDR seats. Data volumes are capped: 500 records per SDR per month at SalesRoads, 75,000 credits a month on CIENCE's platform.
    • Billing periods. Billing per four weeks means 13 invoices a year, not 12.
    • Notice periods. SalesHive's month-to-month plans need written notice, and outreach and billing end at the end of the next billing month.
    • Who keeps the work. Most pricing pages we checked do not say who keeps the lists, scripts and call recordings. SalesRoads mentions call recording but gives no ownership terms, CIENCE says its platform "holds your data, emails, calls and workflows," and Abstrakt gives access to recorded calls through its Results Portal. BizDev Labs clients keep the lists, scripts and call recordings.
    • What counts as a meeting. Belkins' pay-per-appointment rules require an ideal-customer match, a meeting from its own outreach, real interest and no duplicates, and a no-show does not use up an appointment. SalesRoads says its SDRs confirm budget, authority, need and timeline before booking. CIENCE's bonus is tied to held meetings, not booked ones. Leadium guarantees its activity, not the outcomes.

    FAQ

How much does an outsourced SDR cost per month?

Among agencies that publish prices, one rep or a single-channel program runs from about $3,500 per month (Leadium's cited cold calling price) to about $12,950 per calendar month (SalesRoads, $11,950 per four weeks). One offshore SDR at CIENCE, with its campaign team and platform fees, starts at $4,249 per month before bonus and setup. BizDev Labs programs start at $10,000 per month for two dedicated people, a cold caller plus a GTM engineer who builds the lists. Its callers are senior BDRs with deep cold calling experience, ranked top 1% in Nooks, making 1,000 dials a week per caller.

Is outsourcing SDRs cheaper than hiring in-house?

Often, in the first year. Using figures from The Bridge Group, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, SHRM, LinkedIn and Aircall, one in-house SDR costs about $129,550 in year one, or about $10,800 a month, before data tools, ramp and turnover. Published agency prices for one rep run from about $3,500 to $13,000 a month with management and tools included. Compare quotes for the same channels, rep location and term.

How much does pay per appointment cost?

Belkins starts at $750 per qualified appointment, plus a $1,500 setup fee and a minimum of 10 appointments, on email and LinkedIn only. Leadium's blog puts the market at $150 to $600 per booked meeting for mainstream B2B targets and past $900 for enterprise targets. Some agencies, such as SalesHive, do not offer per-meeting pricing.

Do outsourced SDR agencies charge setup fees?

Some do. CIENCE charges a one-time setup fee without publishing the amount, Sales Focus Inc. lists startup fees of $1,950 to $10,000, and Belkins charges $1,500 for pay per appointment. SalesHive says it has no setup fees. Ask for every one-time cost in writing.

How long are outsourced SDR contracts?

It varies. CIENCE and Leadium are month to month, SalesHive offers month to month or annual, and SalesRoads says there is no long-term commitment. Martal Group starts with a 3- or 4-month pilot, Abstrakt uses a one-year agreement, and BizDev Labs has quarterly exit gates.

    08

    Bottom line

Published prices for one outsourced rep run from about $3,500 to $13,000 a month. The spread comes from where the rep sits, which channels are covered, whether the rep is dedicated to you, and what is bundled into the fee. Compare all-in quotes for the same scope, check the billing period and the meeting definition, and get in writing who keeps the lists, scripts and recordings. If you sell complex, high-ACV B2B SaaS and technology to mid-market and enterprise and want senior specialists on calling, email and LinkedIn, BizDev Labs programs start at $10,000 per month and go live 14 days after signing. Its callers are senior BDRs with deep cold calling experience, ranked top 1% in Nooks, making 1,000 dials a week per caller.
